FAQ
We verify title deeds, council cessions and developer cessions, carry out due diligence and agreement-of-sale reviews, and inspect properties on behalf of buyers, including buyers outside Zimbabwe.
Title deed and developer cession verification start from $250, council cession verification from $200, and a site visit is $80. These prices apply within 45 km of Harare; transport beyond that is quoted separately.
After you submit your request, we review it and send a quotation. A 50% deposit is due when you accept the quotation, and the remaining 50% is due on completion, before the final report is released. Clients abroad can pay by EcoCash Diaspora or bank transfer, and local clients can use any payment method available in Zimbabwe.
Transport, registry searches and third-party charges may apply. We tell you about these separately where they apply.
It depends on the service. The request form lists the required documents for each service, and you can upload copies directly. If anything is missing, we will tell you.

No. Submitting documents does not confirm their authenticity or validity; that is what our checks are for. Verification also depends on the records available from the relevant authorities and institutions.
Yes. Send a Google Maps pin, the stand number, the development or suburb, and anything specific you want checked. You receive photographs, videos and a site visit report.
No. A site visit shows the physical condition of the property. It does not replace legal searches or official property verification.
